Job Title: Group Sales Coordinator Krug Hotels
Reports to: Group Sales Director
Status: Non-Exempt
Krug Hotels currently looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to assist our sales department.

Job Duties for Group Sales:
Serves as the primary sales contact for wedding and other social group room block inquiries for Best Western Sonoma Valley Inn.
Serves as the primary administrative support for the Group Sales Director.
Conducts site visits for all group and event clients as needed.
Provides Group Sales Director with administrative support, including building room blocks, in- house and outside catering, producing BEOs (room set up; catering needs, etc.) to turn over to property operations staff for execution.
Serves as the primary contact for local/regional companies with local corporate rates requiring reservations for their travelers.
Maintains Sales Data Base.
Attends property team meetings as required.

Schedule for Group Sales:
Full Time 40 hours a week
Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM
Some nights and weekends, depending on event schedule
Remote work when reasonable

Requirements:
Qualifications for Group Sales:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hotel-related experience preferred.
Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events.
